Job description:

Business Development Officer / Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Diligently manage client relationships
  • Pursue the development of strategic partnerships, relationships and alliances that can assist in identifying and developing business development initiatives. 
  • Identify opportunities and build relationships with key executives and stakeholders in key organizations
  • Prepare contract and tender documents
  • Maintain and increase sales of the company's products.
  • Any other duties required by management

                  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in marketing and sales and business development will be considered an asset
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and responsibilities
  • Results-oriented, with ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization in verbal and written form
  • High integrity, energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Superior written and verbal presentation skills
  • Exceptional relationship skills and business development skills
  • Experienced with business to business (B2B) solution selling. 
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional detail-oriented, time management and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong judgment, problem solving and decision making skills, with ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Must own a vehicle for accommodated business use
