POSITION:                            Administrative Assistant/Sales Representative

DATE:                                    10th April, 2017

DEPARTMENT:                  Lighthouse- Tunapuna and Port-of-Spain branches

WORKING HOURS:           Monday to Friday: - 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.

                                                Saturday: - 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.



  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current clients and potential client relationship.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow ups.
  • Identify and resolve clients concerns.
  • Maintains professional relationship with customer that builds trust so as to foster positive future results.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Sales staff.
  • Develop and implement special sales to reduce stock.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.


  • Proficiency in computer literacy Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a sales related field.
  • Must have knowledge of sales procedures and customer service training.
  • Pleasant Disposition And Well Mannered
  • Must be Able To Keep Information Confidential
  • Ability to multitask
  • Applicants should reside in the East/West Corridor
  • Applicants will be required to go between both Port-of-Spain and Tunapuna locations
