Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer
Salary- $4000.00/month
Location: Point Fortin

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Handle all inquiries within capacity
 Arrange "call-backs" to protect boss's time
 Provide back-up materials for call-backs
 Route calls elsewhere as needed
 Arrange meeting facilities
 Screen to control interruptions
 Provide back-up data as needed
 Arrange amenities as needed  Greet and direct visitors
 Maintain paper and electronics filing systems
 Improve/tighten storage/retrieval systems
 Update and manage index
 Assist in filing and record keeping
 Routinely re-order supplies
 Update mail/phone directories
 Prepare stock cards
 Maintain stock checks and records
 Handle distribution of PPE and other stock items
 Ensure that all office equipment is up to date and office is generally tidy
 Assist with purchase of galley supplies
 Handle administrative detail, all projects
 Seek greater role in projects within administrative and other areas of competence

JOB SPECIFICATION
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND TRAINING

 Five or more CSEC passes, Grade 3 and above, including Mathematics and English
 Certificate/ Diploma in Administrative Professionalism or Business Management
 Certificate / Diploma in Office Procedures
 Police Certificate of Good Character
 Valid Drivers permit with at least 2 years driving experience.

 Ability to multi-task
 Ability to handle confidential information
 Proficient in MS Office

EXPERIENCE
