Job description:

Position Timekeeper / Administrative Clerk

Summary of Job: Coordinates office services such as payroll, records control, forms and files, induction of new employees and other administrative activities for a division. The timekeeper / administrative clerk shall interpret and enforce operating policies; exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems, ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the division’s administrative duties and responsibilities and support the work of management and other staff. The timekeeper / administrative clerk must demonstrate advanced knowledge of general office skills and equipment and personnel policies and procedures.

Must possess the following characteristics:

Good listener, can take & follow instructions.

Must be able to comply with flexible working hours.

Punctual & Dependable


5 CXC passes

Must possess a valid PLEA passport

Computer literate – capable of creating Databases (proficient with MS excel) will be an asset
