Ansa Automotive has a vacancy for a Service Manager for one of its premium brands. This is a challenging and rewarding position for the right candidate.
The Service Manager has the overall responsibility for managing the process and operations of the Service Department and Workshop and ensuring adherence to Quality Control measures while delivering high level Customer Service to our automotive clients. He/she must have a sound Commercial understanding, ensuring profitable operations. The incumbent must be able to lead, motivate and coach the technical personnel.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role operating in a premium brand
- Training and qualifications in Automotive Engineering and Electronics
- Undergraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering would be an asset
- Ability to train, lead and motivate a team
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
