Customer Service Representative Tobago
Main Purpose: Assist customers in finding what they want by describing a product’s features, demonstrating its use or showing various models.
- Greet customers and ascertain their needs in an alert, pleasant and courteous manner, providing accurate information about goods and services.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Gather specific information to determine eligibility of potential customers for Hire Purchase arrangements and submit contract to Management for review and approval.
- Ensure price tags are updated and displayed on products in assigned area, and that stock sheets are completed timely and accurately for assigned areas.
- Surpass monthly sales quotas and achieve monthly Branch targets.
- Attend to customer queries over the telephone concerning items on sale i.e. availability, price etc. and follow up as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, attractive and orderly display of products in assigned areas.
- Record customers’ complaints and/or suggestions and notify the Manager on a daily basis.
- Record all service complaints received on Service Module and ensure follow up is done every 48 hours until complaint is resolved.
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- To be neatly dressed in approved clothing and presentable at all times.
- To comply with Group’s processes and policies as set out and stated in the ANSA McAL Blue Book.
- Performs all duties in conformance with appropriate health, safety, security and environmental and SDL’s policies and procedures.
- Any other duties, which may be assigned.
- Minimum requirements of at least five (5) O' Level passes including Mathematics and English.
- Certification in Business / or related field
- Must have at least one (1) year experience in the Retail field.
- Must be Computer Literate.
