TITLE

IT Sales Administrative

Chief Operations Officer & Chief

PURPOSE

To efficiently and effectively

         

handle all UNDSL’s Sales

         

Administrative responsibilities so

         

as to enhance UNDSL’s selling

         

abilities; to grow UNDSL’s

         

customer base; to achieve set

         

sales targets & to drive UNDSL

         

Sales Initiatives

Key Responsibilities

1.

Administration of the sales@undsl.com Email

         
 

2.

Acknowledgement of Customer requests

 

3.

Creation and Submission of accurate quotations to Customers

 

4.

Management of turnaround timelines

   
 

5.

Management of all pricing requests

   
 

6.

Management of Customer expectations

 

7.

Customer follow up

   
 

8.

Liaising with Distributors to obtain best prices for products and services

 

9.

Liaising with Cisco Reps for discount negotiations

 

10.

Liaising with Helpdesk for technical details

 

11.

Liaising with BDM on submissions

   
 

12.

Generation of Sales Reports

   
 

13.

Registers and updates Distributor deals in a timely manner

 

14.

Keeps abreast of all UNDSL technologies, services and solutions

 

15.

Must keep all customer and UNDSL documents and records in a

   

Network space accessible by the Sales Executive and Management

 

16.

Maintain all relevant Cisco sales certifications as well as any other

   

relevant certifications as required

   
 

17.

Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant

   

problems

   
 

18.

Attends and participates in company meetings as required

 

19.

Assists in and completes special projects and miscellaneous

   

assignments as required

   
 

20.

Represent UNDSL at functions, tradeshows, events as required

 

21.

Other duties as assigned

   
       

Requirements

BSc Degree

   
 

2.

Excellent Customer Service skills (verbal and written)

 

3.

Excellent email and phone etiquette

Proficient in Microsoft Application Suite
