Requirements for the job:
Technical Certificate, preferably in Electrical Installation
Use of tools like pressure gauges, current clamps etc..
Excellent level of communication with Operations Supervisor, Restaurant Manager and Maintenance and Equipment Supervisor.
Experience in refridgeration and Air Conditioning
Report of the job:
The restaurant technician, reports to the Maintenance and Equipment Supervisor
Functional areas of the job:
1- Compliance of the activities of the CMP calender
2- Responsible for Quality of Foodstuff and/or prepared with the restaurant equipment.
3- 100% compliance of the program of preventative maintenance.
4- Carry out the special and conservation tasks.
5- Carry out and assures the program of savings with utlities
6- Communicate and carry out the program of risk prevention.
7- Control the inventory and use of parts and pieces for the equipment.
8- Carry out the program of drinks quality
