JOB TITLE:       Administrative Assistant – LRI Automotive           


The Administrative Assistant for LRI Automotive is responsible for administrative support for the operations of LRI Automotive. The incumbent functions as a main office contact for customers, suppliers and relevant agents in the automotive industry (insurance companies, licensing office, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Services & Special Projects as it relates to LRI Automotive.
  • Maintaining a highly organized filing system for incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring files are kept updated.
  • Receiving calls from potential customers, current lessees and automotive agents, ensuring that all messages are taken completely and accurately, and that urgent matters receive the necessary attention.
  • Demonstrating initiative and being resourceful in managing multiple functions under tight deadlines.



Liaise internally with all levels of staff; Liaise externally with current and potential customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Post-Secondary Education; Bachelor Degree in related field is an asset.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and responsive to achieving assigned tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced task environment.
