Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

·         The guest Survives Supervisor primary function is to assist with the daily operations of the front office

·         Supervise all guest services personnel and assist with guests needs

·         The job exist to oversee the operations of the guest agents, including scheduling and training associates

·         The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office and for ensuring that all standard operating procedures pertaining to  Front Office are followed

·         Process all guest Check Inns, verify guest identity, form of payment, assigning room and issuing the key.

·         Enter Club Carlson Rewards Information

·         Ensure that rates match market rates and document expectations

·         Compile and review daily reports/ logs/ contingency lists

·         Complete Cash and closing reports

·         Supply guest with directions and property directions

·         Assist Management in Training, evaluating, counselling, motivating and coaching employees

·         Follow Company policies and procedures report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions

·         Ensure adherence to Brand Standards

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Requirements | Other

·         5 O’levels inclusive of Mathematics and English

·         Diploma in Customer Service

·         At least 2 years Supervisory Experience

·         Ability to speak and write effectively

·         Must be able to work shift, Weekends and Public holidays
