Position: Office Assistant/Data Entry


  • Computer literate
  • Competent in using, Microsoft word, office, excel & PowerPoint 
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Clerical/Admin Certificate or equivalent would be considered an asset


  • Answer, direct phone calls and take messages
  • Typing
  • Assist in preparing reports
  • Liaise with Company vendors, Shipping Companies and new Customers
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and emails
  • Enter accounting data into excel spreadsheet
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Assist in the maintenance of the office
  • Prepare quotation request to suppliers
  • Perform other related duties
