Job description:

Job ScopeProcurement Assistant 

In a very fast paced and growing environment,office support is needed now more than ever to facilitate the growth and proper functions of the company. To fill the position of office assistant, the individual must be able to:

  • Must be able to prepare and have experience with tender /pre-qualification documentsand complete at least 24 hours before closing date 
  • provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, copying and dispatching invoices, quotes, correspondence
  • maintain filing system on a weekly basis
  • complete projects in a timely manner (should only exceed one week depending on magnitude of project)
  • must show initiative in developing simple systems to improve administrative functions of the work space
  • answer calls from prospective employees
  • update ad phone log on a weekly basis
  • schedule interviews for two days of every month
  • update bin card for inventory 
  • assist with other related duties

 

Must Possess 5 CXC O Level Passes Including Math & English

Must Have Experience In Microsoft Office 

Must Have Experience Doing Tender & Prequalification Documents
