Job Title: Compliance Officer



Job Type: Temporary / Contract

Job description:

The Compliance Officer will be reporting to Audit Committee of the Board with parallel reporting to the Managing Director for administrative efficiency


 Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Bank’s Compliance Program including the Regulatory, Legal, International Compliance progress on program implementation and assist with establishing improvement plans and periodically revised and update the program.
 Develop and implement a Compliance training plan.
 Regulatory-Compliance with all regulations also meets reporting requirements of CBTT/Government/FIU/Legal Authority and other such entities.
 Re-evaluate areas of previous deficiency to identify improvements.
 Present Writing evaluations and reports to the Compliance Committee, ACB, and MD quarterly.
 Compliance Test checking of software and KYC/AML documentation.
 Other compliance duties as per the requirements from time to time.

Qualifications required:

Graduation with Certification/Credentials in relevant fields. 

Minimum four (4) years’ experience in areas sufficient to identify potential issues within a variety of compliance areas (KYC-AML/CFT, Regulatory, Legal, etc.) with investigative and reporting know how.
