Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: NORTH EAST -ST AUGUSTINE,TUNAPUNA,AROUCA,PIARCO
Job Type: Permanent full-time
-Manage budgets and expenses for the food and beverage department.
-handle any customer concerns or grievances when necessary.
-Prepare month end F&B reports
-Work in collaboration with the kitchen and sales department to plan and schedule events and functions in the hotel
-Maintain an adequate inventory of food, beverages and supplies to service the customers in an economical and profitable manner.
-Participate in site sales and marketing activities such as action plans, sales calls, etc
-Develop food menus with the Executive Chef.
-Work in a hands on capacity when necessary.
Must have five (5) O’levels (math &English included)
Must have educational achievement at degree level related to the position
Must have a valid food badge.
Must have knowledge of food costing
Must be able to work shifts and when needed.
Must have at least three (3) years working experience in the capacity as a food and beverage supervisor or manager
