Job Type: Permanent full-time
-maintain and manage all company documents in a very organized manner.
- prepare time sheets, staff payroll.
-prepare letters and documents for internal and external purposes.
- Document minutes when necessary.
- receive and carry out calls on behalf of the company.
-send out and respond to emails and other correspondence.
-provide additional support to various departments when needed.
Must possess five (5) O’Levels(math and English included)
Must possess any qualification/s that are associated with the hospitality industry or business administration .(BA, Diploma, certificates)
Must be computer literate
Must be able to work on weekends when needed
Must have atleast two (2) years of experience working in the capacity as an administrative assistant or any similar position.
