-provide secretarial support to head of management.
- file and maintain documents in an accessible manner.
-draft letters, correspondences.
-document minutes when necessary
-receive and carry out calls on behalf of head management.
-send out and respond to emails and other correspondence.
Must possess five (5) O’Levels(math and English included)
Must possess any qualification/s that are associated with the hospitality industry or business administration .(BA, Diploma, certificates)
Must be computer literate
Must be able to work on weekends when needed
Must have atleast two (2) years of experience working in the capacity as a secretary or any similar position.
