General Summary: - Positions reports to the Group Managing Director

The successful candidate will serve as a full time / permanent member of the Marketing Department; he/she will be responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. Oversees the marketing budgets from principal suppliers and the company’s internal funds and allocates these budgets to the specified objectives of the company. Works with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings.

Details of Functions:

•   Executes marketing initiatives of line management and the Directors for the various brands and business units within the Office Authority Group

•   Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies

•   Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to line managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy

•   Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities

•   Approves all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented

•   Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media

channels, and branding

•   Maintains the department's budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-


•   Works with other company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives

•   Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed

•   Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures

•   Utilizes and maximises all marketing budgets from principal suppliers and rebates from suppliers to grow and develop sales

•   Prepares quarterly key brand performance reports (YoY movement, inventory turns, initiatives in market place)


  • Must possess a vehicle in good working condition.
  • Holder of a Valid Driver’s Permit
  • Understanding of Business Practices such as Budgeting, Financial Knowledge and In-Depth Research and Analysis
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills and Client Relationships
  • Excellent Writing and Public Speaking Skills
  • Must be Creative, Innovative and possess good Adaptability, Leadership and Managerial Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task and have Big-Picture Thinking Perspective


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
  • At least 3 years Marketing Experience
