Summary of Job Description:

The Sales Support Agent is responsible for the processing and fulfillment of all sales orders generated by TracTT Ltd Sale Channels. These include validation, raising service orders, follow-up of  all customers using various software and application platforms and call customers to resolve various issues affecting the fulfillment and delivery of their orders. The Sales Support Agent provides transactional, analytical and practical support for all sales. This role ensures that all sales are captured / processed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and Process all sales orders generated by TracTT’s Sales Channels.
  • Transfer all applications to FSA docs from TracTT / TracTT Clients’ Doc on a daily basis. 
  • Transfer all comments and updates from the TracTT / TracTT Clients’ Doc to the individual FSA Docs for follow up/update on a daily basis.
  • Check all sales for adherence to policies and procedures, content and accuracy of information daily to ensure that all sales are captured / processed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner to client’s satisfaction.
  • Validate all sales using the various tools provided such as maps, listings, client applications, etc.
  • Follow up with customers via telephone, email and when necessary in person to resolve issues affecting the supply and delivery of confirmed orders. 
  • Contact customers with various issues to obtain information for update and processing.
  • Provide updates, request for information, queries and concerns to all sales channels and management team.
  • Call customers to conduct validation and raise all service orders for applications not facilitated by TracTT’s clients’ as per outlined policies and procedures.
  • Describe TracTT’s clients’ products and/or services to potential and current customers as needed to ensure they purchase new & existing products and/or services.
  • Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions by following TracTT Ltd procedures for issue resolution.
  • Maintain continued product education to better serve TracTT’s clients’ and increase success of TracTT’s sales Initiative.
  • Prepare, compile and communicate all assigned reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend weekly Sales Meetings as required.
  • Any other tasks related to The Revenue Acceleration Company of Trinidad & Tobago Ltd business as determined by management.

Requirements:

This position requires an aggressive go-getter attitude, someone who is punctual, reliable, responsible, self-motivated & able to work effectively without much supervision.

  • Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or combination of education and experience.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical, detail oriented and ability to focus on objectives and task at hand
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales and customer service experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support agent
  •  Problem solver
  • Possess excellent multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Position is open only to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago currently living in Trinidad & Tobago.
