Radisson Trinidad Hotel is seeking to recruit individuals for the position of:
We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals with great attitude and work ethic to join our team.
- To ensure each guest receives excellent Customer Service
- Ensure that there have a solid knowledge of the menu and all components of gracious hospitality
- Ensure that the Brand Standards are met at all times
- Assist in the recruitment, training, developing and communicating with all team members
- Monitor inventory levels and report all concerns to your Manager
- Develop and assign daily goals and tasks and assure completion through follow-up
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and make recommendations for scheduling, staffing and other strategies
- Adhere to the Company policies and procedures
- Any other duties that may be assigned
- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or similar qualifications
- Five O’Levels (inclusive of Math & English)
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory position within the industry
- Ability to use Point of Sale system
- Proficient in Mirosoft Office suite
- Must be able to work shifts
- Friendly and the ability to liaise with guests and staff.
