The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the processing of all labour material and sublet supplies on job cards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Processes job cards/MR’s and places orders on system for billing.
- Files job cards and work sheets.
- Contacts customers on a regular basis for collection of their jobs.
- Contacts customers who are long overdue with collecting their units.
- Identifies jobs to be delivered and submits documents to Service Intermediary.
- Updates and maintains job card database.
- Reviews reports to ensure units are repaired and returned.
- Ensures warranty claims are sent out to suppliers with respective documents.
- Updates and maintains job card history file.
- Assists with customer complaints.
- Assists with clerical duties.
- Any other related duties assigned by Management.
Academic Qualifications, Experience and Soft Skills
- A minimum of five (5) CXC or GCE O’ Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team Oriented
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
