Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the processing of all labour material and sublet supplies on job cards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes job cards/MR’s and places orders on system for billing.
  • Files job cards and work sheets.
  • Contacts customers on a regular basis for collection of their jobs.
  • Contacts customers who are long overdue with collecting their units.
  • Identifies jobs to be delivered and submits documents to Service Intermediary.
  • Updates and maintains job card database.
  • Reviews reports to ensure units are repaired and returned.
  • Ensures warranty claims are sent out to suppliers with respective documents.
  • Updates and maintains job card history file.
  • Assists with customer complaints.
  • Assists with clerical duties.
  • Any other related duties assigned by Management.

Academic Qualifications, Experience and Soft Skills

  • A minimum of five (5) CXC or GCE O’ Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team Oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
