Job Title: Front Desk Manager



Job Type: Permanent full-time

Job description:

-Manage, motivate and train the front desk team

-Ensure that all guests are provided with a quality five star rated service at all times.

-Deal with guests and handling complaints

-Supervise reservations and the allocation of guestrooms.

-Monitor and maintain the front desk systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation.

Qualifications required:

Must possess five (5) O’Level (Math and English included)

Must possess other qualifications that are associated with the hospitality industry & leadership skills .(PHD,MBA,BA, Diploma, certificates)

Must be computer literate

Must be flexible with days and hours of work.

Must have at least three (3) yearsworking experience in a Managerial capacity.
