Job description:

JOB TITLE: Administrative Secretary

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management and other staff.
  • Greet clients, suppliers, visitors to the organization.
  • Answer incoming calls, providing requested information or referring call to appropriate source.
  • Maintain a highly organized electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Attend meetings to take notes and write minutes.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handles all other administrative/clerical duties as directed by Management.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Five (5) O-Levels

Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Minimum of 1 year hands-on administrative experience.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
