JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant – LRI Automotive
The Administrative Assistant for LRI Automotive is responsible for administrative support for the operations of LRI Automotive. The incumbent functions as a main office contact for customers, suppliers and relevant agents in the automotive industry (insurance companies, licensing office, etc.).
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the Director of Services & Special Projects as it relates to LRI Automotive.
- Maintaining a highly organized filing system for incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring files are kept updated.
- Receiving calls from potential customers, current lessees and automotive agents, ensuring that all messages are taken completely and accurately, and that urgent matters receive the necessary attention.
- Demonstrating initiative and being resourceful in managing multiple functions under tight deadlines.
Liaise internally with all levels of staff; Liaise externally with current and potential customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Post-Secondary Education; Bachelor Degree in related field is an asset.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and responsive to achieving assigned tasks.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced task environment.
