Position title:            Sales Supervisor

Main Accountabilities:

The incumbent is required to build client relations and brand expansion; while working along with senior level management, marketing, technical and internal team members to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization.

Core Duties

  • Identify prospective and new clients to increase revenue.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify key decision makers within the client’s organization.
  • Research and build rapport/relationships with new clients.
  • Arrange and set up meetings or presentations between key decision makers and company representatives.
  • Participate in pricing of solutions and/or services.
  • Present new solutions, products and services that enhance and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide relevant feedback and information on market/product changes, developments, trends and competition.
  • Present to and consult with senior level management with the aim to develop new solutions, services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for promotion, campaigns, and other channels that will lead to increased sales and revenue for the company.
  • Use market and competitor information to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Submit weekly, monthly and other reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Develop sales budget, forecast, identify targets and ensure all KPIs’ are met for sales reps
  • Track and record sales activities to help close deals and meet targets.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the people and capabilities within the organization.
  • Understand and enhance the company’s mission, vision and objective
  • Other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Required Qualifications / Knowledge/Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
  • Three – Five (3- 5) years relevant experience in a security industry or similar environment will be an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • A Good Working Vehicle
  • Excellent Communication Skills and strong customer service orientation
  • A Combination of Relevant Experience and Education will be considered
