Job description:

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.

Open and date stamp all general correspondence

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

Make preparations for all meetings.

  • Respond to public/customer inquiries and keep a detailed record of all customer complaints and ensure that they are given to the respective personnel.

Provide administrative and secretarial support.\

Perform other related duties as required.


Qualifications required:

Office administration and procedures.

Knowledge of Peachtree.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Computer skills including the ability to operate computerised accounting, spread sheet and word-processing programs, email at a highly proficient level.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Time management skills
