Job description:

A leading Industrial and Specialty Chemical Manufacturer is looking for a FINANCE/ADMIN MANAGER

Job Summary:

This position is for a highly motivated self-starter, who will lead the Accounting/ Administration Department of a well positioned Chemical Company, in the Trincity area.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for all Financial and Accounting functions of the Company
  • Preparation of Monthly accounts and analyses for Board Meetings in a timely manner
  • Annual Audit preparation in a timely manner.
  • To set up and monitor Production Cost control systems
  • Ensuring effective management and efficient operations of all Office Staff
  • To be responsible for and manage all Administrative functions of the office. Including: Payroll, Statutory requirements, Annuity, Group Health, Insurances, Personnel, HR & IR matters, etc.

      Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fully qualified ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Manufacturing environment
  • Evidence of competence in Financial Management
  • Experienced in Cost Accounting
  • A Minimum of 5 years experience at Management level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB
