A leading Industrial and Specialty Chemical Manufacturer is looking for a FINANCE/ADMIN MANAGER
This position is for a highly motivated self-starter, who will lead the Accounting/ Administration Department of a well positioned Chemical Company, in the Trincity area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all Financial and Accounting functions of the Company
- Preparation of Monthly accounts and analyses for Board Meetings in a timely manner
- Annual Audit preparation in a timely manner.
- To set up and monitor Production Cost control systems
- Ensuring effective management and efficient operations of all Office Staff
- To be responsible for and manage all Administrative functions of the office. Including: Payroll, Statutory requirements, Annuity, Group Health, Insurances, Personnel, HR & IR matters, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fully qualified ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in a Manufacturing environment
- Evidence of competence in Financial Management
- Experienced in Cost Accounting
- A Minimum of 5 years experience at Management level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB
