Job description:

Job Responsibilities:
• Drafting advertisements for internal and external posting of vacancies.
• Liaising with Recruitment agencies to obtain listings of qualified prospective employees.
• Shortlisting potential candidates, coordinating, scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Developing, administering and or coordinating entrance examinations, profile tests and other screening mechanisms for prospective candidates. • Partnering with Managers to develop and or review Job Descriptions.
• Supporting Manpower planning and forecasting activities
. • Managing the new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Supporting the design, implementation and execution of talent development programmes and priorities that promote the company’s vision, mission, core values and strategic mandate.  

Qualifications required:

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related Social Science
• Three (3) years’ experience in Recruitment & Selection • Ability to conduct psychometric tests and use other assessments tools
• Knowledge of Labour laws and Employment contracts
• Familiar with Social Media especially LinkedIn
Skills required for this position:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be a strong team player • Must be able to Multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent analytical and facilitating skills

Two work-related references, as indicated on your resume along with their contact information.
