Job description:

Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator
  • Must possess five (5) O’Levels (math and English included)
  • Must possess other qualifications that are associated with the hospitality industry &Sales/marketing/events.(PHD,MBA,BA, Diploma, certificates)
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be very flexible with hours
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience or in similar position
-Persistently seek new contacts and maintain working relationships with all potential partners
-Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments coordinating mailing lists.
-Assist in compiling on-going sales activity reports for the management team
-Conducts site tours/visits with potential clients.
-Regulate and monitor all replies for online feedback.
-Collect and compile competitive data regarding services, competitive pricing, level of service, rentals and catering..
-Manage event contracts including the timely issuance of contracts, estimates, event profiles and post events summaries.
-Continuously research similar area facilities for competitively pricing, level of service.
-Assist with the marketing plan for the hotel website, third party booking engines, social media, advertising PR distribution.
-Carry out telephone sales calls to sell the facilities and services.
-Assist in production of sales and marketing literature and maintain the inventory.
