To provide exceptional customer service to all customers and equip one’s self with knowledge of the products and services including phones, accessories and all other items supplied both by Digiwireless and Digicel.
It is the job of a CSR to meet and greet customers using the Digiwireless greeting and figure out what they are looking for, and then help them find it.You are required to ring up purchases, put through transactions on DSM, ISBP and operate the Point of Sale system.
You are also required to make accurate cash transactions handle money in a responsible manner and will be held responsible for the sales you complete.
As a CSR it requires a team effort to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets, tasks and effectively execute promotions.
The delegated store floor rotation should be followed and duties in each aspect should be executed to the best of your ability.
q Three (3) CXC subjects or equivalent qualification
q Excellent Customer Service Skills
q Experience in a retail environment will be an asset
q Must be Computer Literate
