CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
General Summary: - Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained. Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 2-3 years driving experience. Experience in the vehicle industry would be an asset.
- Ensures and provides quality service to customers
- Answers customer inquiries/ communications as required
- Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
