The incumbent is responsible for providing office support services, delivering efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and visitors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Sorts, logs and delivers all internal and external mail to relevant departments daily.
- Prepares all internal mail for delivery to relevant company locations.
- Distributes cheques to customers.
- Sorts and distributes any supplier deliveries and notifies recipients for collection.
- Greets visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Arranges for Vehicle Appraisals.
- Prepares stationary orders.
- Manages the company’s Corporate Mobile Phone Plans.
- Reviews Fleet invoices to ensure discounts are applied.
- Prepares Customer Communication reports.
- Any other related duties assigned by Management.
Academic Qualifications, Experience and Soft Skills
- A minimum of five (5) CXC or GCE O’ Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team Oriented.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
