Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for providing office support services, delivering efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and visitors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sorts, logs and delivers all internal and external mail to relevant departments daily.
  • Prepares all internal mail for delivery to relevant company locations.
  • Distributes cheques to customers.
  • Sorts and distributes any supplier deliveries and notifies recipients for collection.
  • Greets visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Arranges for Vehicle Appraisals.
  • Prepares stationary orders.
  • Manages the company’s Corporate Mobile Phone Plans.
  • Reviews Fleet invoices to ensure discounts are applied.
  • Prepares Customer Communication reports.
  • Any other related duties assigned by Management.

Academic Qualifications, Experience and Soft Skills

  • A minimum of five (5) CXC or GCE O’ Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team Oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
