Job description:

The Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) work as part of a sales driven, passionate retail sales team. Customers is our joy! You’re the face of our company for hundreds of potential customers that enter our store. You are now a brand ambassador who creates energy and excitement around our products and services. CSRs are self-motivated and operate in a fast-paced environment, where sales, technology innovations, customer needs and the retail experience are continuously evolving. Cashing duties entails secure handling of cash and other forms/methods of payments which requires attention to detail and accuracy. CSR duties requires assessing customers’ needs and having a passion to educate demonstrate and recommend devices, products and service, which is the key in meeting and exceeding targets. You will spend the majority of the business hours cashing, you may be required to rotate the sales floor as and when required. This includes greeting customers and providing advice on products and services available that best suits their lifestyle and financial circumstances. You may also tender sales on the point of sale system, cash, and produce reports along with other duties detailed below as and when required. Your goal is to take every necessary step within the policies and procedures of the DW and Digicel to convert each potential customer into a loyal purchasing customer.

Qualifications required:


Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) C.X.C /G.C.E O’Level passes including Mathematics and English Language
  • Two (2) years experience in a customer service oriented environment

Specific Skills/ Experience and/or Knowledge.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Working knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Ability to function as an effective team member
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Time management
  • Computer Literacy
  • Specialized knowledge
