As a market leader, with significant growth opportunities, we are seeking an experienced COMMERCIAL MANAGER to lead the SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT arms of the company.
If you are the COMMERCIAL MANAGER we are looking for and are interested in joining a high performance team with the opportunity to earn above industry standard remuneration, you must:
- Be able to proactively spot and pursue business opportunities
- Be capable of researching internal and external markets to identify current and changing consumer needs
- Have the ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Be analytical and solution oriented
- Be able to work independently and be comfortable with working in a constantly changing environment
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Have a passion for sales and growing the top line revenue
- Be results oriented
- Be open to learning
- Be proficient in MS Office and able to adapt to new technology solutions
You will be responsible for:
- Top line revenue and supporting all current and potential revenue streams
- Leading a professional sales team toward achieving sales targets
- Evaluating new opportunities and developing feasibility assessments
- Developing marketing and sales strategies and plans
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Working together with other team members as it relates to the successful revenue growth of lubricants, fuel and other related products.
- 5 years experience in sales
- A Bachelors Degree in Marketing
- A postgraduate in Marketing would be considered an asset
- Possess strong communication skills
