Job description:

Provide customer service support to all visitors/guest

Create reservations from online source /telephone/walk in guests

Handle cash/ Payment transactions

Handle internal and external phone calls, respond to emails/fax 

Liaise with members of staff to ensure functionality of various departments

Qualifications required:

Possess five (5) O’levels (Math & English included)

Computer literate

Must be able to work shifts

Working experience -minimum of one(1) year in Customer service/ Hospitality
