The incumbent’s responsibilities will include:-
1. Assisting with addressing the branding needs of the Company
2. Assisting in ensuring that the Company’s identity and image is well projected and maintained across all relevant touch points
3. Assisting generally in the implementation of marketing and advertising strategies and plans
4. Assisting in the in-house development and distribution of marketing material
5. Assisting in developing recommendations for rental rates/selling prices
6. Generally gathering and maintaining current information on comparable properties
7. Responding to all requests from prospective purchasers and tenants
8. Establishing contacts, developing schedules and coordinating distribution lists
9. Maintaining filing systems and databases
10. Recording and assessing the impact of marketing or sales activities across various mediums
11. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and tracking of departmental expenditure
Applicants having a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in customer service/sales, should possess a Bachelors’ degree in Business with a specialisation in Marketing. Experience in Hotel and hospitality industry will be an asset.
With an excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, the successful candidate must be able to research, gather and analyse information skillfully, while being effective at multitasking and time management. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
