Special Projects Officer
Job summary
Assist with planning and coordination of assigned projects so NWRHA objectives are met.
Key functions
• Monitor departmental plans and service delivery
• Statistical/operational reports
• CapEx scopes, business cases, feasibility studies, TORs
• Manage PSIP projects (scope, budget, schedule)
• Capital budgets, schedules, risk registers
• Procurement support (specs, tenders, contracts)
• Contractor performance and compliance
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related
• Master’s in PM / Engineering Management — asset
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or FMP — asset
• 5 years capital/infrastructure projects, 2 at supervisory level
• 2 years CapEx scopes, PSIP, procurement docs, executive reports
• Government-funded or healthcare infrastructure projects — asset
