Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with identifying and selecting suitable products
* Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service
* Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, prices and availability
* Prepare and process customer sales accurately
* Maintain organized and properly stocked sales and display areas
* Monitor stock availability and report customer requests for unavailable items
* Assist with other retail sales duties as required

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Hardware Retail Sales environment
* Good knowledge of hardware products, tools and building materials
* Knowledge of plumbing products and supplies will be considered an asset
* Must be South based
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Good verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Dependable, punctual and professional
* Basic computer and numerical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
