Heritage Petroleum Company Limited (Heritage) is state-owned company in the business of exploration, development and production of crude oil. We are inviting talented, innovative, passionate and suitably qualified persons to apply for the following roles.
Job Purpose
To plan and direct/oversee the maintenance and execution programs across disciplines in accordance with Company policies, standards and procedures to achieve business objectives and maximize plant and equipment availability in a safe and cost-effective manner
Key Accountabilities
• Develops and implements the respective asset schedules and work plans.
• Coordinates maintenance activities to maximize, equipment reliability and availability in a cost-effective manner.
• Allocates Maintenance Orders, assign personnel to work task and ensured Maintenance Orders are closed with relevant data and actual findings.
• Participates in the Procurement process of contractor selection, evaluation, and award for maintenance contracts.
• Develops and peer review Scope of Works, Cost/Resources Estimates and Schedules for maintenance activities.
• Audits the design, installation and maintenance of the operating systems.
• Maintains and updates database of equipment data to guide risk-based repair and conditioning programme.
• Prepares calculations and reports and analyzes data to make recommendations for improving the operation of the assets.
• Audits and reviews operating and repair procedures and drawings to ensure that they arecurrent and updated.
• Ensures minimum stock of emergency response materials and equipment for first response to pipeline related emergencies.
• Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose

Job Specifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• API Codes certification will be an asset
Minimum Experience
• A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in installation and maintenance with a minimum of three (3) years in an oil and gas environment
• A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
