Job Purpose
To lead HR initiatives that enhance HR’s effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact through data-driven insights, process optimisation, technology, and continuous improvement. The role promotes effective adoption and utilisation of HR systems and technology enhancements
Key Accountabilities
Partners with HR Leader, Business Unit Leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to identify and address organisational effectiveness opportunities, ensuring HR services, processes and solutions are aligned with business requirements.
Leads the continuous improvement and optimisation of HR processes, workflows and service delivery models, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and enhance the employee experience.
Collaborates with the HR Management team to oversee HR governance, risks and controls, ensuring the consistent development, monitoring and review of HR policies, procedures, operating standards and internal controls.
Establishes, monitors and reviews HR service standards, service level agreements and operational KPIs, providing performance insights and recommending corrective actions where required.
Leads the development and delivery of Management and HR reports, dashboards and analytics, ensuring accurate, timely and meaningful workforce insights to support compliance, operational monitoring and strategic business decision-making.
Establishes and maintains HR data governance and quality standards, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timely availability of HR information.
Leads the evaluation, implementation and optimisation of HR technology and digital solutions, including business requirements, system enhancements, testing, automation, integration and the effective use of AI and emerging technologies to improve HR service delivery and decision-making.
Oversees HR information system access, security roles and system controls, ensuring compliance with Company policies, segregation-of-duties requirements and established business rules.
Collaborates with the HR Management team to develop and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, process maps, controls and user guides.
Leads or supports HR projects and business improvement initiatives, including planning, stakeholder engagement, change management and implementation to achieve intended business outcomes.

Job Specifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
Specialist training in Information Technology or Management Information Systems would be an asset.
Minimum Experience

A minimum of eight (8) years’ related experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
