📋 ROLE SUMMARY
Lead accurate inventory control across warehouse, retail and operational locations. Reduce shrinkage, waste, damages and stock variances while strengthening processes, reporting and compliance.

☑️ REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Business, Logistics or related field
Intermediate Microsoft Office / Excel skills

WMS, SMS or inventory-management system experience preferred
Strong analytical, investigative, communication and problem-solving skills
High integrity and attention to detail

📊 EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years in inventory management, inventory control, warehouse operations or a similar role
Retail, supermarket or high-volume inventory experience
Experience leading inventory or warehouse personnel
Asset protection, loss prevention and shrink-reduction experience is an asset
