Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for quality of all products, planning, directing and coordinating, all production process in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
To ensure the best manufacturing practices are utilized in the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
Ensures Highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Ensures employees follow all standards established by FDA rules and regulations.
Ensure good records are maintained and controls all losses in production.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Knowledge of US FDA Food Safety standards, PCQI qualified
- A minimum of 3 years experience ideally within the Food Manufacturing Sector.
- Ability to work after-hours if required. Good communication skills
- Technical Vocational Skills
- A logical thinker and able to cost, plan and implement improvements as necessary to existing procedures.
