We are looking for a skilled, passionate and dependable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook
- Strong leadership and kitchen-management skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and proper food handling
- Excellent food preparation, presentation and portion-control skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual and professional
- Experience with inventory & food costs is an asset
