REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook
• Strong leadership and kitchen-management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and proper food handling
• Excellent food preparation, presentation and portion-control skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual and professional
• Experience with inventory & food costs is an asset
