This job entails of the candidate assisting the guests of the hotel. Also answering the phones providing accurate information to the customers. Filing guests information, responding to emails, booking reservations among other office duties.
This candidate should possess the following minimum requirements:
• At least 4 O Levels, including Math and English.
• Must be between ages 25-35
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Great Customer service skills
• Basic Accounting An asset
• Peachtree An asset
• At Least 2 years in a similar Role
• Must live in East west corridor
