Requirements:
5 – 7 years of flour milling experience that includes:Processing of both Hard and Soft Wheats.
Processing with an automated mill.
Familiarity with Buhler Mercury Control System and Proplant Asset Management System will be an asset.
Diploma in Flour Milling/Process Operations or related field.
Familiar with Food Safety Quality Management Systems.
Ability to work shifts, weekends & public holidays if required.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good team player.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
