Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant works alongside the Human Resource Officers assisting with the execution of the Human Resource functions for the attainment of the goals and objectives of the Human Resource Division.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
Maintains and updates employee records/files including HRIS according to approved policy

Guides the dissemination of information on Human Resource Policies and Procedures

Collates and prepares reports as required

Schedules interviews and prepares interview packages to support the recruitment process

Assists in the interviewing and recruitment process

Prepares in draft correspondence; contracts, letters of promotion, internal transfers and other correspondence

Prepares job letters and Pay Advices

Assists employees with requests and queries

Assists in administration of all programmes inclusive of Workmens Compensation, Group Health & Life and NIS

Prepares Pension and Leave for employees proceeding on retirement

Assists in the coordination of meetings, prepares minutes, and compiles data for individual cases

Adheres to health, safety and environmental rules, regulations and guidelines

Performs other related duties that may be required by the job function
