HSE Site Advisor Full Time NEW

Job Purpose
To provide oversight on the broad HSE agenda of Safety and Environment and participate in the development and implementation of HSE strategies, policies and systems to assist delivery of safe, reliable and compliant operations. To support all aspects of HSE performance including the monitoring and reporting of HSE compliance and risk.
Key Accountabilities
Implements HSE programs and strategies in the HSE Management System and control framework and achieve awareness of requirements.
Reviews regulatory permits to ensure HSE compliance and provides guidance on operations permit to work program and control of work systems.
Conduct inspections, improvement plan, tracks progress, organizes audits and assurance checks to monitor compliance and facilitate continual improvement.
Trends audit and assurance data and develop programs for improvement.
Provides support, guidance and participates in COW implementation.
Supports and drives the implementation of safety programs and issues specific campaigns and initiatives to improve personal and process safety to drive Safety Culture and deliver safe, reliable and compliant operations.
Identifies risks, exposure to Company, property and personnel in business units and develops controls for mitigation.
Provides support, guidance and participates in incident investigations Teams.
Monitors HSE performance indicators and parameters to meet compliance requirements and publish reports.
Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.

Job Specifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environment, or Engineering, or Natural Science or any other related discipline.
A professional qualification in Occupational Safety, such as Corporate Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health or Certified Safety Professional will be an asset.
Minimum Experience

A minimum of five (5) years’ technical or operational experience with preferably a minimum of three (3) years in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience in setting up, implementation and review/audit of an HSE Management System.
Experience integrating HSE requirements effectively into business processes.
Hands-on experience in the preparations and maintenance of the HSE Control Framework implementation will be an asset.
