Executive Business Analyst
General Accountability
The Executive Business Analyst supports the CFO’s corporate decision making and the Division’s operations by:
Supporting the CFO with a range of operational and strategic activities
Creating and maintaining dashboard and other analytical reports that provide actionable business intelligence
Supporting process reviews, redesigns, and creation of end-to-end automated processes within the Finance Division
Performing various administrative support activities (for CFO and Division)
Key Responsibilities
Support the CFO with a range of operational and strategic activities.
Provide executive-level day-to-day support to the CFO, ensuring seamless operations and strategic implementation.
Provide support with accounting and reporting activities as required.
Create and maintain dashboard and other analytical reports that provide actionable business intelligence.
Design, develop and deliver business analytics reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, etc.
Collaborate with end users to analyse and understand business analytics needs and data requirements and identify opportunities to improve analytical processes and reporting.
Collate data from various sources (Excel, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.) into data models for analysis and reporting
Produce written analytical reports for senior management supported by persuasive data-driven recommendations.
Support Division process reviews, redesigns, and creation of end-to-end automated processes.
Collaborate with end users to assess and analyse business processes, systems and workflows to understand business process requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and develop automated solutions, in accordance with best practices, to streamline identified business processes or improve the efficiency of existing processes, reduce risk and manual effort, and support performance reporting using tools such as SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.
Perform various administrative support activities (for CFO and Division).
Be ultimately responsible for performing key administrative activities which involves taking end-to-end accountability for each step to achieve the identified outcome. The functions should require little involvement from department senior staff unless exceptions arise, which should be accompanied by proposed solutions. Critical support activities include:
Meetings and appointments
Business correspondence and document management
Assist with account administrative activities for banks, brokers, etc.
Staff administration
General office management and operations
General department support activities
Identify, actively lead, or assist team members with ad hoc or scheduled projects, tasks, or initiatives to achieve identified goals, deadlines, or efficiency or other benefits for the Finance department or TTUTC as a whole.

The selected candidate must possess the following combination of qualifications, skills, training and experience:
A First Degree in a relevant field from an accredited tertiary institution e.g. Finance/IT/Computer Science
Intermediate-to-Advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
The following will be an asset:
1-3 years working experience.
Microsoft Certification (e.g. PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, PL 900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, etc.).
Knowledge of application design, development.
Hands-on development experience using any programming language/platform (e.g. Python, SQL, HTML, etc.).
Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) experience.
