Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth and brand awareness.
* Plan, create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
* Design creative graphics for digital and print materials (ads, posters, flyers, in-store signage, product promotions, etc.).
* Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
* Source and create photo and video content (showcasing products, events and customer stories).
* Work closely with management and other departments to ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, social media management and graphic design (preferably in a retail or hardware environment).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut).
* Strong creative skills and a good eye for design.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) will be an asset.
* Must be South based.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
