Summary

Duties include:
Surveillance and patrol of property
Escort Guest and employees as requested
Respond to emergency calls
Completes incident reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Evacuating guests in the event of a fire or another emergency and obtain help by sounding alarms.
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as required.
Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed.

Qualifications
5 CXC passes inclusive of English – Grade 3 and above
2 years security experience
Keen observation skills
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast past environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overnight, holidays and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
Must be able to work in teams
Excellent problem solving skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Physically agile, ability to stand or long periods or walk moderate distances
Must be fully vaccinated
