Job Summary
Provide independent assurance that MTS has effective governance, risk management and internal controls, while helping the Company strengthen accountability and operational performance.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan.
Lead financial, operational, compliance and information systems audits.
Present clear audit findings and practical recommendations to management and the Audit Committee.
Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions and investigate special matters when assigned.
Lead the Internal Audit team and coordinate with external auditors and relevant oversight bodies.
What You Will Bring
Appropriate professional qualification or certification, such as ACCA, ICMA, MSc Accounting or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
At least eight (8) years’ senior supervisory or management experience in an internal audit environment.
Proven ability to lead complex audits and investigations and report to Executive Management or a Board/Audit Committee.
Working knowledge of computer information systems is desirable.
Continued professional development in audit, risk, fraud examination or data analytics would be an asset.
